Terms of Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the CRM services provided by Ladderbell ("Ladderbell", "we", "us"). By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ladderbell provides a cloud-based real estate CRM platform along with setup, onboarding, training and support as described in your chosen plan. Features may be added, modified or discontinued to improve the product.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each user licence is for one named individual and must not be shared.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription, billing and taxes

• Plans are billed per user, per month, as selected at the time of purchase (annual plans are payable in advance).
• All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice.
• Additional users added mid-term are billed on a pro-rata basis.
• Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TRAI, DND/NDNC or data protection regulations.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell or copy the platform without written permission.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the platform.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all lead, customer and property data that you upload. We process it solely to provide the services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, software, trademarks, logos, documentation and website content remain the exclusive property of Ladderbell. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the services during your subscription.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance wherever practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ladderbell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current term with written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately in case of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
